Refund policy

A full refund will be given if an item is faulty or TotalSafe has incorrectly despatched your order. Your claim must be received within 30 days after purchase.


A full Refund or EXCHANGE will be given if an item is found to be DEAD ON ARRIVAL i.e. does not function as specified by the product manufacturer. Your claim must be received within 7 days and TotalSafe will cover all shipping costs.


If you think you’ve incorrectly ordered an item, we may charge an 8% restocking fee. You will need to pay the cost for shipping it back to us.


NO REFUND will be given if you simply change your mind.
