Refunds


A full refund will be given if an item is faulty or TotalSafe has incorrectly despatched your order. Your claim must be received within 30 days after purchase.


A full Refund or EXCHANGE will be given if an item is found to be DEAD ON ARRIVAL i.e. does not function as specified by the product manufacturer. Your claim must be received within 7 days and TotalSafe will cover all shipping costs.


If you think you’ve incorrectly ordered an item, we may charge an 8% restocking fee. You will need to pay the cost for shipping it back to us.


NO REFUND will be given if you simply change your mind.

Returns


TotalSafe accepts returns of items which are un-opened and un-used within 15 days of product receipt. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer and a 8% re-stocking fee will apply (minimum re-stocking fee is $5). Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.


‘Under Warranty’ items must be returned with the receipt. A warranty card or registration is not required
